SHIPPING POLICY

Within the U.S.,  alcohol based products like perfume (Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, Eau de Cologne, and Perfume / Extrait) can ONLY be shipped using ground shipping methods.

We do not ship outside the U.S.

Transit Time: We  ship via USPS Ground which can take from 2-10 days to reach you. Due to circumstances beyond our control, shipping disruptions may occur.

Processing Time: We typically ship items within 2 business days after receiving payment. During busier times of the year, exceptions may occur.

Shipping Costs: Our product prices generally include shipping and handling. However, in rare cases—such as custom orders, remote delivery locations, or special shipping requests—shipping charges may be added and will be shown separately on your invoice.

Shipping Carrier: We use USPS, an independent carrier over which we have no control. Delays due to weather, labor shortages, or USPS operational issues may occur and are outside our responsibility. 

Risk of Loss: Once your package is handed over to USPS, the risk of loss, delay, or damage transfers to you, the buyer. We are not responsible nor liable for any loss or damage once the package has been handed to USPS, and we do not accept chargebacks for lost, delayed or misdelivered packages. 

Lost, Delayed, Misdelivered, or Damaged Packages: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the item, please contact your local USPS office directly. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged in transit.
