Fresh masala chai on the morning train- this is such a beautiful, lingering fragrance somehow both delicate and bold. I barely got the spray out of the sample spritz and I already knew I was going to buy a full bottle. It started off with punchy cardamon and faded into strong black tea, light tonka bean, and soft notes of biscuit and milk. I’ve never had a chai fragrance that smelled so much like a) the real thing, b) the vibes. So good!
I’ve been looking for an authentic chai scent and this one is perfect! It starts as a strong black tea and develops into the most beautiful warm combination of spices. The drydown is very cozy. Will definitely be purchasing again :)
Everything from the packaging, to the artwork, to the scents is beautifully thought out and creates a whole sensory experience when sampling through the fragrances. I thoroughly enjoyed playing with Anjali perfumes and getting to know the brand’s scent style. I love that you could choose the size of the set and the specific scents to personalize the experience. As a picky scent enthusiast, I can truly say I enjoyed every single scent in the set. Now the hard part is figuring out which ones to upgrade first!
Beautiful fragrance! my concern with a lot of chai fragrances are they are either two cardamom heavy or two cinnamon heavy. I did not have this issue with this particular fragrance. It’s sweet, earthy, spicy creamy,tea. I enjoy wearing it by itself, but I also liked to layer it with a really pretty/subtle vanilla fragrance and the dry down either way is to die for. I also like how it blossoms on my skin in humid/hot weather.
A beautiful fragrance that simply makes me feel happy! It isn’t too sweet, which annoys me and is subtle spicy and airy.

I blind bought this 30 mL because everything from Anjali is a really great wear to me. And I have to leave the disclaimer that it’s only been one day, but Starlight Sesame is a gorgeous mature scent that is not overly feminine or masculine. I find it to smell completely inoffensive, interesting, and lovely.
I’ve sampled all but one of her other scents over the last 2 months. She was so kind to send a sample I had not tried before with this order. It’s beautiful too, as always. Truly fantastic work all around. I recommend everyone to try them all. You will find one for you. Or several!

This is the be all, end all Chai scent! I’ve tried many and nothing compares to the perfect balance of cardamon and spice with a slightly lactonic note! I it is warm and inviting-nothing too sweet but still delicious ! Highly recommend!

A lovely chai scent overall! The clay note comes across as wet clay to my nose, which makes this smell interestingly cooling and fresh. I was hoping for a warmer chai for these colder months, but I think this would work all year round.
This is the most easy-wearing, cozy and comforting coffee leather fragrance with just the faintest hint of vanilla. The wool note brings so much character to the composition. Idea scarf scent for the autumn and winter - I'm using up my travel size way too fast and will definitely need to always have a bottle of this in my collection.

It’s been a while since I’ve tried a sample set that I’ve completely fallen in love with. All of Anjali’s scents transport you to different scenes in your mind. Jaya is by far the stand out for me. I’ll definitely be getting a full bottle! Sea glass and Iconic Island are also full bottle contenders for me too. The packaging is also very elegant and comes with test trips and the individual perfume cards.
