Jaya is inspired by a painting from the Indian subcontinent created during the Mughal era c. 1710-20.
It depicts a meeting of two royals in exquisite detail. Flowers bloom in the garden. On a carpeted terrace, a princess pours wine. Peaches, apples, and pomegranates are served on a platter, while the attendants bring jewels and a vial of perfume.
In Sanskrit, Jaya means “victory.” This perfume celebrates the royal couple's victorious union.
