Kadamba, Frankincense (CO2 India), Ambergris, Tobacco abs., Sandalwood (East Indian Santalum. alb.), Marigold, Rose, Ginger (CO2 India), Lemon, Coconut
Sometime back I acquired a rare oil of Kadamba flower. This is a flower that grows in India. Opulent and mesmerizing, it has a rich, heady fragrance that grows more intense at night. In this, my latest composition, I have woven Kadamba's allure with the zest of ginger and the mellowness of frankincense.
This is a very small batch and is a one time release only—part of my continuing exploration and celebration of Indian scents and spices.
The opening is zesty, floral, with a pronounced lemony note. It mellows into sweet rosy and deeper woody note. The Frankincense stays long after all notes fade.
Spices in Perfumes
Perfumes are my continuing exploration and celebration of my Indian heritage.
A distinctive feature of my creations is that each perfume has a unique accord made with fragrant Indian spices like fennel, cardamom, cloves, pepper and many more. They are blended to softly lift and enhance the perfume.
You’ll love this colorful, traditional, Indian drawstring pouch. It is free with purchase of every 30 ml bottle as an inaugural gift.

These pouches are handmade by economically disadvantaged women from my hometown of Nagpur, India. A non-profit organization, AROHA, trains these women in the art and craft of sewing. Their products are sold on their online shop called 'Rangresha' (which means colorful threads).
The stories of some of these women are on Rangresha's blog.
